Accelerated Stability Test at Extrem Illumination

An innovative cooling system together with a strong white light source enables the ultrafast assessment of the stability of materials (thinfilms) with regards to solar illumination. Solar cells may be illuminated with the equivalent of  400 suns while being held at room temperature. This approach reduces the stability testing of such PV systems for some hours or days, compared to months when using the standard approach.
